Welcome to Lhong Lai หลงไหล, a charming little art café nestled in the heart of Phang Nga, Thailand. This delightful spot is more than just a café; it's a haven for lovers of fine desserts and local traditions, perfect for a weekend escape. Open exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays, Lhong Lai is a treasure waiting to be discovered.

As you step through the door, your senses are immediately engaged by the inviting aroma of freshly prepared delicacies and the gentle hum of creativity. The café's artistry is evident not only in its intimate ambiance but also in its beautifully curated menu, featuring a selection of signature local desserts that transport you straight to the flavors of your childhood.

Among the standout offerings, the dessert called Oeaw is a must-try. This stunning jelly dessert, served with shaved ice, is a celebration of texture and taste that will delight anyone with a sweet tooth. Another highlight is the Taogae Niew, lovingly dubbed the “Millionaire Lady with Gems.” It showcases a mix of beautifully detailed jellies resembling precious gems like diamonds, rubies, emeralds, and pearls, making for perfect Instagram-worthy moments.

Customer experiences are a testament to Lhong Lai's charm. As Emeline Tantiwattanakit describes it, it’s an "uptown hiding gem" where the artistry of desserts meets a cozy atmosphere. Many visitors, like Supisara S., rave about the delicious local Phuket and Phang Nga desserts, complimenting the café's exceptional service and unbeatable prices. The warm and welcoming vibe makes it a perfect spot to pause and reflect, savoring each bite while appreciating the creativity on display.

This quaint café may not boast a vast menu, but as Dave D notes, "what they have is really good." Each dish feels carefully crafted, whether you’re sipping on their custom soda creations or indulging in a delicate salad paired with one of their stunning desserts.

Lhong Lai is more than just a destination for delightful treats; it's a piece of cultural heritage wrapped in culinary exploration. If you're in the Phang Nga province, make it a point to visit this artistic retreat. Remember, their open hours are limited to weekends, so plan your visit accordingly to indulge in these delectable creations and feel the nostalgia that comes with every bite!

Uptown Hiding gems!! Dessert cafe’ Recommended to visit if the restaurant has presented well-dining variety of desserts called O-eaw. It s a jelly with selective and variety served with shaved-ice. I ordered 1 amazing menus called “Tao-gae Niew” defined as Millionaire lady with gems or jewelry :Diamond, Ruby, Emerald and Pearl. We could some tiny details that they are going to present through foods and the restaurants decoration (Baba style). We would come back again

Home Cafe doesn't have a large menu selection, but what they have is really good. Exceptionally charming place. We had soda "designer" drinks and salad plus desert. Everything was great. I'm glad that I drove to this little hamlet

This is homey style cafe, run by local family, they are very friendly and that made you feel like home. They served signature menu like oh-elle that can find just only in Phuket area. But here they serve with many flavours to choose; honey lemon, watermelon & rose, red bean. Apart from dessert, they serve local menu like deep fried pork wonton, deep fried fish ball, and another dish (in Thai called lad ta koy kem) is also delicious. The cafe is small but can accommodate guest up to 10-15 ppl. Parking lot is also available. Price is cheap compared to the portion . Howver, cafe opens only Fri-Sun. Owner even gave me complimentary organic rambutant & mangosteen from their farm, what a nice!!!
